How To Cook Turkey Soup With Peanut Butter And Sweet Potatoes - Recipe

Required products :

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 500 grams of minced turkey (or other meat of your choice)
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon curry spice powder
  • 2/3 tea cup canned tomatoes - sliced
  • 1 teaspoon hot red pepper flakes
  • 1 large sweet sweet potato
  • 1 teaspoon chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • incomplete tea cup of peanut butter

Method of preparation :

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan and fry the minced meat, chopping it until browned. Remove from the heat.

Heat the remaining fat in a saucepan and fry the onions until soft. Add the garlic, curry and stir. You should put tomatoes, hot peppers, potatoes, which you have previously cut into cubes, broth and coconut milk.

Season with salt and pepper, add brown sugar and cover with a lid, cook for 20 minutes.

Add the peanut butter and minced meat. Stir, after 5 minutes remove the soup from the heat and serve.

Add some freshly chopped green onions and a few triangles of tortilla chips for crispiness. es
