Necessary products:

chickpeas

Red beans

rice

bulgur

50 g of dried apricots

5 figs

50 g raisins

100 g of walnuts

1 orange (diced)

1 apple

1 banana

3 tablespoons sugar or honey

Method of preparation:

Soak chickpeas and red beans separately for about 6-8 hours, preferably overnight. Then boil them again separately without salt: chickpeas - 50 minutes, and beans - 1.5 hours. When they boil, drain the water.

Mix rice and bulgur, wash them and put them to boil in plenty of water without salt and sugar. When they are almost ready, pour most of the water - let it remain at a level 1-2 cm above the rice. Add chickpeas, beans and chopped fruit (without banana). Stir and simmer for 3-5 minutes. Then add honey or sugar, add the banana and stir once more. The ashura is ready.

Enjoy!
