Required products :
1 liter of fresh milk
400 milliliters of water
3 tablespoons rice
1 teaspoon sugar
3 tablespoons starch
2 egg yolks
vanilla
Method of preparation :
Wash the rice, boil it in 300 milliliters of water and strain it. Beat the yolks with the sugar, gradually pour in the milk. Bring the mixture to a simmer, then add the rice, vanilla and starch dissolved in water. When the mixture boils, remove from the heat.
Distribute in suitable bowls and arrange in a tray with water. Place the dish on the highest level of the oven, preheated to 200 degrees. Bake until a beautiful appetizing crust forms (about 15 - 20 minutes.
