Required products :

  • 500 grams of minced lamb

  • 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon oil

  • 3/4 tea cup whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 clove of garlic, pressed
  • salt and pepper to taste

For garnish :

  • lettuce

Method of preparation :

 

  • In a small bowl, mix the ingredients for the milk sauce. Cover and refrigerate.
  • Knead the minced meat in a deep bowl, mixing the minced meat, onion, garlic, pistachios and spices.
