How To Cook Twisted Pie With Whole Cherries And Powdered Sugar - Recipe

Necessary products

For the dough:

3 teaspoons flour
200 grams butter
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon yogurt
1 teaspoon
vanilla baking powder or vanilla sugar

For the stuffing:

500 grams of pitted cherries
1/2 teaspoon sugar

powdered sugar for sprinkling

Method of preparation :

Sift the flour into a large bowl along with the salt and baking powder. Add the butter and grind it with the dry mixture. Then add the yogurt, vanilla and knead a soft dough. If necessary, add a little more flour.

Roll out a layer about 3 millimeters thick, which you cut into strips 20-30 centimeters long and 7-8 centimeters wide.

Arrange cherries next to each other in the middle of each strip of dough and sprinkle with sugar.

 

Wrap in the dough.

 

Arrange in a spiral in a pan and bake the pie in the oven at a temperature of 200 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.

 

When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
