Required products :

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cube of live yeast
  • 1 kg of flour
  • 300 milliliters of warm milk
  • two tablespoons of sugar
  • a teaspoon of salt
  • half a cup of oil
  • 5-6 tablespoons liquid chocolate

Method of preparation :

Dissolve the yeast in the milk, add the sugar and salt. Beat the eggs together with the oil and combine the two mixtures. Sift the flour into a deep bowl, pour in the liquids, make and leave the dough to rise.

Divide it into equal parts and roll each into a circle. Cover a round pan with a sheet of parchment, arrange one crust, spread evenly with liquid chocolate and cover with another. Do the same in the rest.

 

Using a sharp knife, cut 16 equal parts from the middle lengthwise. Twist the strips two by two and push the ends. Wait for the dough to double in volume again.

 

Bake in a preheated 190 degree oven for 30-35 minutes. Cool, cut and serve the sweet bread. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
