Required products :
 
100 grams of white chocolate
100 grams of dark chocolate
12 tablespoons fresh milk
15 grams of gelatin
coconut shavings to taste
vanilla sugar to taste
 
Method of preparation :
 
Break the two types of chocolate and put them in two separate containers. Melt them in a water bath separately, pouring a little milk (2 tablespoons are enough).
 
  
Divide the gelatin into two equal parts. Pour each with 4 tablespoons of milk and warm until dissolved.
 
Add half to the dark chocolate, add vanilla sugar to taste. Stir thoroughly.
 
 
Spread the mixture on a flat surface covered with plastic wrap, allow to cool.
 
Combine the remaining gelatin with white chocolate, add the coconut shavings. When the combination cools down a bit, apply it on the chocolate base.
 
 
Using the foil, form a roll, which is stored in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
 
Then cut into pieces and serve the dessert.
