  • 200 grams of liquid caramel
  • 2 tablespoons dulce de leche
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 3 sliced ​​bananas
  • sugar figurines for decoration

 

Method of preparation:

 

Prepare 3 dishes. In the first put the egg whites with the sugar, salt and vanilla, in the second the flour with the baking powder, and in the third the yolks and butter. Beat the egg whites until you get a thick cream and set aside.

Do the same with the yolks and combine with the first mixture. Stir gently and pour over the flour. Make a dough and transfer to a parchment-lined cake tin. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and bake for 40 minutes.

Cool and cut the marsh into three parts. Pour the cream into a bowl, beat it with a mixer on medium speed and add the caramel, dulce de lecheto and vanilla. Cool the cream, spread the marshmallows, arrange bananas between them.

Put some of the cream in a syringe with a shape of your choice. Smooth the sides of the cake, squirt in places in shapes of your choice and decorate with sugar figurines. Cut the cake, serve and enjoy.
