Method of preparation :
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees and line with baking paper 22 cm form.
Stir in the milk and sour cream.
Using a mixer, beat the butter, sugar and vanilla until creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, stirring after each to combine with the other products.
Add 1 tablespoon of flour to the egg mixture, then 1 tablespoon of cream cheese, alternating in this way until you finish the products and all combine in one mixture. Add the mango cubes.
Transfer the dough to the prepared form and bake for 1 hour - 1 hour and 30 minutes until dry.
Cool the cake in the pan for 20 minutes, then remove from the pan and allow to cool completely.
With a fork, beat the powdered sugar with the lemon juice until combined. Finally add the passion fruit, stir and pour the icing over the cake.
