Necessary products:

 

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1/2 teaspoon oil or melted butter
  • 10 grams of baking powder
  • for cream
  • 300 grams of sweetened sour cream
  • 100 grams of powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon raspberry powder
  • 100 grams of fresh raspberries
  • 100 milliliters of whipping cream
  • fresh raspberries for decoration

 

Method of preparation:

 

Prepare three bowls. In the first, beat the eggs, add the sugar, the essence and beat until smooth. Pour the oil, stir. In the second put the flour, add the baking powder and mix. Combine the two mixtures and pour the dough into a greased and floured cake tin.
