Necessary products
For swamps:
1 kg of cottage cheese
20 grams of butter
10 egg yolks
250 milliliters of cream with a fat content of 30%
5 proteins
20 grams of sugar
10 tablespoons vanilla sugar
For the glaze:
dark chocolate
milk
a few drops of orange essence
orange peels (maybe candied)
The quantities of the products for the glaze are at your discretion, depending on your personal taste preferences.
Method of preparation :
Stir (or beat) the curd, add the butter, egg yolks and continue to stir until fluffy.
Beat the egg whites until stiff, add the sugar and beat until dissolved.
Mix the cottage cheese, cream, egg whites and mix everything thoroughly.
Pour the resulting mixture into a suitable pan (measuring about 30 - 40 centimeters), the bottom of which you have previously lined with baking paper.
Place in a preheated oven (place a bowl of water on the lowest level).
The dessert is baked for 80 minutes at a temperature of 150 - 160 degrees. Then allow to cool.
Break the chocolate into a bowl, pour in the milk and heat the mixture over low heat. Add a few drops of orange essence, mix well and pour the cheesecake with the hot glaze.
Garnish with candied orange peels , if you do not have them, you will get a wonderful and ordinary.
Put the dessert in the refrigerator to cool.
