Required products :

  • 300 grams of biscuits
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 400 grams of sour cream (fat content 30%)
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 120 grams of dark chocolate
  • 200 grams of butter
  • 900 grams of cream cheese
  • 130 grams of sugar
  • 4 eggs


Method of preparation :

Crush the biscuits with a rolling pin, mix the crumbs with the pre-melted butter and cocoa. Evenly distribute the combination on the bottom of a suitable form and store in the refrigerator.

Mix the cream and cream cheese in a bowl, add the vanilla extract, sugar and eggs, then beat everything with a wire.

Melt the chocolate and mix it with 12 tablespoons of the finished cream, pour into a pastry syringe.

Remove the cooled and already firm biscuit base from the refrigerator. Cover it with cream and make chocolate stains from the mixture in the syringe, squeezing a little of it on the white cream and lightly dipping the tip into it.

Preheat the oven to 150 degrees and put the form in it. After 1 hour, turn off the appliance, but do not remove the dessert immediately. Let stand another 6-7 minutes.
