Required products :

1 kg of white grapes

750 grams of sugar

150 milliliters of water

4 grams of lemon juice

vanilla to taste

 

 

Method of preparation :

Pour the water into a saucepan of appropriate size, bring to the boil, gradually add the sugar, stirring until completely melted.

Pour the washed grapes into the hot syrup, stir, add the lemon juice (you can replace it with the juice of 1/2 or 1 lemon). Cook over low heat for 30 - 40 minutes, removing the foam that forms and stirring periodically.

At the end of cooking, add vanilla to taste.

Distribute the hot jam in sterilized jars and close.
