Required products :

  • 2 tea cups roasted peanuts
  • 1.5 teaspoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar

 

 

Method of preparation :

Grind the peanuts. Sift the flour, bake it in a dry pan until golden and transfer to a suitable dish. Add the peanuts, vanilla sugar, oil and mix everything thoroughly. Pour the sugar into a saucepan, pour 1/3 cup of cold boiled water, stir and let the mixture boil over low heat, stirring constantly, until a thick syrup is obtained.

 

Without removing from the heat, add the peanut mixture to the sweet liquid, stirring thoroughly. Turn off the hob. Transfer the resulting combination to a suitable container, level the surface and allow the halva to cool. Refrigerate to firm. When this happens, you can cut into pieces and serve.
