Necessary products

For the dough:

2 - 2 1/2 teaspoons flour
150 grams butter
3/4 teaspoon sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking soda quenched in vinegar
powdered sugar for sprinkling - optional

For the stuffing:

450-500 grams cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs

Method of preparation :

Grind the butter together with the flour, add the sugar, eggs, vanilla extract and baking soda. Separate a small part of the resulting dough, it will be necessary to make crumbs to cover the future pie. Shape the rest into a ball or loaf. If it sticks to your hands, add a little flour (the exact amount you will use depends on the quality of the flour and butter, as well as the size of the eggs).
Put it in a greased form, spread it on the bottom with your hands, lifting the edges along the walls of the dish, and store in the refrigerator.

Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees and start making the filling.

Using a mixer, beat the cream cheese together with the sugar and vanilla extract on medium speed. Add the eggs and reduce the speed, beat again without overdoing.

Remove the form with the dough from the refrigerator and pour the resulting mixture on the base.
Add a little flour to the dough so that it can be easily ground, and make crumbs to sprinkle with the cream cheese filling.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes.

When the finished pie has cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
