Method of preparation :
Vanilla dough. Sift the flour together with the starch, powdered sugar and salt. Add the butter, vanilla sugar and beat with a mixer on low speed until smooth. Cover and leave for 15 minutes.
The chocolate dough. Sift together the flour, starch, salt, powdered sugar and cocoa. Add the butter and vanilla sugar and beat on low speed with a mixer. Also cover and leave for 15 minutes.
Divide each of the tests into 3 parts. Roll out cocoa and vanilla dough in the form of a rectangle about 1 cm wide. Put them on top of each other and roll into a roll, twisting (spiral). Cut it into 4 parts, press and if you wish, you can give the right round shape with the help of suitable cookie cutters. Repeat the procedure with the rest of the dough.
