Required products :

5 eggs

300 grams of spinach

50 grams of mint

4 tablespoons olive oil

70 grams of walnuts

700 grams of beef

3 tablespoons breadcrumbs

100 milliliters of cream

salt and pepper

Method of preparation :

Boil the eggs hard. Wash the spinach well, dry it well with a paper towel and shred it. Wash, dry and finely chop the mint. Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a pan, add spinach and mint and leave on the stove for 3 minutes. Bake the walnuts in a dry pan (without fat), then grind and pour over the green ingredients. Peel the eggs, cut them into large pieces. Pour the cream over the breadcrumbs and let it swell for 5 minutes.

Cut the meat, grind it with a blender, mix it with breadcrumbs, season with salt and pepper.

Grease the form in which you will bake with fat and distribute the products in layers, alternating them: meat (half), spinach, eggs and finish with the remaining minced meat.

Preheat oven to 190 degrees. Sprinkle the dish with olive oil and bake for 50 minutes.

Cut and submit.
