How To Cook Veal In The Oven With Spinach And Vegetables - Recipe

Required products :

1 kg beef
1 carrot
2 onions
link spinach
4 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons oil
ground coriander to taste
ground allspice to taste
ground black pepper to taste
salt to taste

Method of preparation :

Blanch the spinach for a minute in boiling water, then remove and immerse immediately in cold. Drain the liquid and grind the leaves.
Peel onions and garlic, chop finely. Grate carrots with a coarse grater or chop into small pieces.
Mix all the vegetables, season to taste and stir.
Rub the veal with a little salt and ground black pepper. Make a deep cut in the middle of the piece of meat and fill it with the vegetable mixture. Tie with a suitable string in several places and place in a greased pan.
Place the dish in a preheated oven to 250 degrees, and five minutes later reduce the temperature to 180 degrees. Leave the dish to bake for 30 minutes, then cover with foil and return to the oven for another 15-20 minutes.
You can serve with a garnish of potatoes, rice or vegetables. Soy sauce, ketchup and adjika sauce are also ideal additions.
