How To Cook Veal Omelette With Onions And Fresh Milk In The Oven - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Veal omelette with onion and fresh milk in the oven". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 600-700 grams of beef
  • 1-2 onions
  • 4-5 eggs
  • 4-5 tablespoons of fresh milk
  • oil, salt, freshly ground black pepper

Method of preparation :

Peeled onions cut into semicircles. Cut the meat into thin slices. You can use pork or beef, it is important to choose parts suitable for roasting or frying.

Fry the veal on high heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring. It is good to prepare it in portions so that it can be fried, not stewed, separating its juice.

Remove to a plate. Add oil to the pan and fry the onion (on medium heat, stir), season with salt and pepper.

Once soft, mix it with the meat, season and transfer to a pan.

Beat the eggs with the milk and spices to taste. Drizzle the veal and onion with this combination (it should completely cover the contents of the dish).

Bake in a moderate oven (about 180 degrees) for about 25-35 minutes.

Enjoy your meal!
