Required products :

  • 700 grams of beef
  • 300 grams of minced beef
  • 1 old bread
  • 1 egg
  • 5 tablespoons fresh milk
  • 6 onions
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 250 milliliters of dry red wine
  • 200 milliliters of liquid cream
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • basil to taste
  • salt and pepper

Method of preparation :

Cut the bread into cubes and mix it with the milk and egg. Cut the green onions into circles, finely chop the basil. Mix the products prepared in this way with the minced meat.

Cut the meat like an unfolded book, beat and season with salt and pepper. Spread the minced meat on it and roll it up.

Cut the old onion into large pieces and fry it together with the roll in hot oil. Pour the wine and let the dish simmer for an hour and a half.

Then remove the meat and pour the cream into the remaining juice in the bowl. Bring the combination to a boil and add the pre-baked flour to it.

Cut the beef roll into pieces and serve with the prepared sauce.
