Required products :
* A tea cup is used to measure the quantities.
Method of preparation :
Mix with your hands or a spoon the minced beef with the mushrooms, mozzarella, breadcrumbs, chopped salami pepperoni, oregano, garlic, salt and eggs. Form the mixture into a large roll.
Grease the pan and put the roll inside. Garnish the top with ketchup, cover with a lid and bake in a preheated oven on low heat for about 5 hours or increase the temperature to 190-200 degrees and cook until done. Do not preheat the oven to too high a temperature so that the roll does not burn on top and remains raw on the inside.
Cut the baked roll into pieces and serve with potato salad and boiled asparagus if desired.
