Melt and heat the butter in a saucepan. Cut the meat into cubes, season with salt, pepper, flour and fry.
Peel the potatoes, carrots, arpadzhika, mushrooms and cut them into cubes. Add the vegetables to the soup.
Pour the broth, soy sauce, season with sugar, finely chopped garlic and tomato paste. Stir, grind the thyme with your fingers and season.
Reduce the heat to a minimum, let the soup boil under a lid until ready. Sprinkle portions and serve warm, sprinkled with chopped fresh parsley.
