1 kg of beef
2 tablespoons butter
3 carrots
2 parsley roots
1 onion
600 grams of potatoes
1 tablespoon wheat flour
2 teaspoons broth
cream

Method of preparation:
Cut the meat into small pieces, fry lightly in butter, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with flour, stir and fry a little more. Then transfer to a saucepan, pour the broth and put on the stove to simmer until semi-finished.
Peel the potatoes, wash the carrots and parsley root, peel the onion and also wash with cold water. Cut the potatoes into circles and bake in a hot pan, cut the roots into straws and onions into circles (if you wish, you can also add peas).
