Required products :

  • 2 pieces of beef fillet
  • 2 pieces of ham
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 - 3 tablespoons of fat
  • 1/2 cup fresh milk or cream
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon broth
  • salt to taste

Method of preparation :

Lightly beat the beef fillet, add salt. Boil the eggs. On each piece of meat put a piece of ham, 1 egg and roll. Tie them with string and roll in flour. Then fry in hot oil and pour cream or milk over them. Close the pan with a lid and let the dish simmer, pouring the boiling broth all the time.

All you have to do is cut the finished rolls and serve (both hot and cold).
