Necessary products:
500 grams of veal tongue
2 carrots
whole
parsley
1 onion
For the sauce:
3 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon white wine or 2 tablespoons vinegar
150 grams of fresh mushrooms
Method of preparation:
Boil the veal tongue in salted water, in which add the chopped onions, carrots, celery and parsley. Then make the sauce by mixing the fat with the flour, add the wine or vinegar. Cut the mushrooms, fry and mix them with the sauce. Let it boil for 10 minutes. If your sauce seems too thick, pour a little beef broth. Drizzle the tongue with the mushroom sauce and serve.
