Necessary products:

1 veal tongue

2 carrots

2 onions

1 - 2 cloves garlic (optional)

salt, pepper, bay leaf - to taste

1 teaspoon cream with a fat content of 10%

1 tablespoon flour

oil or butter

Method of preparation:

Boil the tongue until ready by adding the bay leaf to the water. Then cut into thin pieces. Finely chop carrots, onions and garlic and fry in fat, add salt and pepper.

Make the sauce by adding the flour, salt to the cream and beat well with a wire whisk.

Grease a baking dish with butter, arrange the tongue on the bottom, then a layer of vegetables and pour all the cream sauce. Bake in a preheated 180 - 200 degree oven for 20 - 25 minutes.
