Required products :

1 kg of beef
500 grams of cherries
1 tablespoon cherry juice
150 grams of
cinnamon oil and salt to taste

Method of preparation :

Peel the cherries.
Wash the meat under running cold water, dry it and rub with salt and cinnamon. Make deep incisions in the veal and place the fruit in them.
