Necessary products:

 

  • 400 grams of beef
  • 60 grams of butter
  • 100 milliliters of red wine
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 50 grams of prunes
  • salt, pepper, cumin to taste
  • 1 sprig of fresh rosemary
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 peeled and sliced ​​carrots
  • sprig of fresh coriander

 

Method of preparation:

 

Cut the meat into cubes, put it in a bowl and season it with salt, pepper, cumin and some wine. Stir, heat the butter in a saucepan and saute the veal.
