A great alternative to traditional meat burgers. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians, as well as for lovers of interesting and different tastes.

Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine the quinoa, beans, tomato paste and spices and mash until smooth.
Take 1/4 of the mixture and form a meatball with your hands. Make 4 meatballs and arrange them in a tray covered with parchment paper. Put 1 piece of mozzarella on the meatballs and bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes.
Cut the loaves. Spread them with tomato sauce and put in each meatball, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and a few leaves of fresh basil.
