Required products :

  • 1/4 tea cup almond tahini (or cashew)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
  • 1-2 fresh dates
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch of Himalayan salt

Method of preparation :

Put all the products in a food processor and grind to a homogeneous mixture to obtain a puree.

Transfer the caramel to a glass jar and refrigerate. Store there so as not to spoil. Remove to room temperature at least 30 minutes before use. Use up to 1 month.

Idea: If you want to pour caramel over desserts, add some maple syrup.
