This vegan tart with dark chocolate offers an incredibly rich chocolate flavor and a silky pudding-like texture. It is so easy to prepare that even the most inexperienced confectioner will be able to make it perfect.

Necessary products

for the base:

  • 1 cup dates, pitted
  • 1/3 cup roasted hazelnuts
  • 1/3 cup raw almonds
  • 1/3 cup roasted cocoa beans
  • 1/3 cup coconut shavings
  • 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tablespoons water (if necessary)

for the filling:

  • 1 cup rice syrup (corn or maple syrup)
  • 1/2 cup dark cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt flakes
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 ripe avocados

for garnish:

  • 1/2 cup nar
  • 1/3 cup coconut chips, unsweetened

* A tea cup is used to measure the quantities.

Method of preparation :

the basis:

Place parchment paper on the bottom of a round tray with a falling bottom with a diameter of 20 centimeters.

Blend the dates, hazelnuts, almonds, cocoa beans, coconut shavings, coconut oil, sea salt, vanilla extract, and if necessary, pour 1-2 tablespoons of water to obtain a sticky consistency. Moisten your hands and distribute the resulting mixture on the bottom of the pan and up the walls. Refrigerate while you prepare the filling.

Blend the syrup, cocoa, coconut oil, sea salt, vanilla extract and avocado until smooth. Distribute evenly over the prepared base and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Garnish with pomegranate and coconut chips, slice and serve.
