Required products :

  • 1/2 teaspoon raw porridge
  • 2 tablespoons edible yeast
  • 2 tablespoons tapioca starch
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • pizza dough (450 grams)
  • 1/3 tea cup marinara sauce
  • basil for garnish

Method of preparation :

Put water in a saucepan and cook the cashews for 10 minutes. Save 250 milliliters of liquid.

Put the drained cashews in a blender, add the nutritional yeast, tapioca starch, lemon juice, garlic, salt and water. Blend until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Transfer to a pan and cook for 5-7 minutes until a thick sauce is obtained. When it starts to form into a ball and does not spread too quickly to the sides of the pan, then remove from the heat.

Spread the pizza marshmallows with the marinara and put a few spoons of cashews on top (in piles).

Bake for 15 minutes at 220 degrees (in a preheated oven) until the dough is ready.

Sprinkle with basil leaves and serve.
