This creamy sauce is completely vegan, made from pureed cashews. With captivating and pleasant taste.

Method of preparation :

  • 3/4 cup raw porridge
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (or apple cider vinegar)
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon tamari sauce (or soy sauce)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

* A tea cup is used to measure the quantities.

Method of preparation :

Blend the cashews, water, parsley, lemon juice (or apple cider vinegar), olive oil, tamari sauce (or soy sauce) and salt until creamy.

It can be served with wholemeal crackers or as a salad dressing.
