Necessary products:

 

  • 1 kg of fresh potatoes
  • 20 milliliters of olive oil
  • 5 grams of salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

 

for the sauce

 

  • 70 grams of raw Indian cashews
  • 3 grams of turmeric
  • 5 grams of red smoked pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 30 milliliters of water

 

Method of preparation:

 

Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Wash the potatoes, dry them and cut them. Put them in a bowl and add olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder. Pour them into a pan and bake until done.

Meanwhile, mix the cashews, turmeric, red pepper, lemon juice and water in a blender. Beat until smooth and cool. Sprinkle the potatoes in portions and serve immediately, garnished with nut sauce.
