Necessary products:

 

  • 100 grams of boiled white beans
  • 200 milliliters of vegetable broth
  • 80 milliliters of aquafab (water from cooking beans)
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • aluminum foil

 

dry ingredients

 

  • 150 grams of gluten-free flour
  • 2 tablespoons yeast
  • 1 tablespoon buckwheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons dried onions
  • 15 grams of spice for sausage

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put the wet ingredients in a blender and puree until the products are homogeneous. Mix the dry ingredients in another bowl, stir and pour the liquid. Knead the dough and divide into six equal parts.

Put each in foil, shape well as a sausage, press and wrap the edges well. Steam for 40 minutes and remove the foil. Cool for at least 4 hours, cut and serve.
