Method of preparation:
Pour both types of fat into a saucepan and heat it. Fry the chopped garlic and peppers, mix and season with ginger, lemon juice and salt to taste. Drain and add the lentils.
Stir and after 2 minutes season with coriander and black peppercorns. Pour a tea cup of water and let the mixture boil over low heat until the liquid is reduced.
Remove from the heat, sprinkle in portions, sprinkle with fresh coriander or parsley and serve the salad cold.
