Tofu is a great substitute for veal in vegan recipes. Gives a pleasant aroma added to lasagna, tacos, soups and more. Its taste and aroma are strengthened by adding spices such as garlic powder, paprika and tamari sauce, but do not hesitate to add your favorite spices.

Necessary products:

  • 1 packet of solid tofu, drained and crushed
  • 2 tablespoons tamari sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Method of preparation:

In a medium bowl, combine the tofu, tamari sauce, garlic powder and paprika. Heat olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Fry the tofu mixture until browned or for about 8 to 10 minutes. Serve.
