Necessary products:

 

  • 1 liter of unsweetened soy milk
  • 1 capsule of vegan probiotic
  • cooking thermometer

 

Method of preparation:

 

Pour the milk and heat it to 93 degrees. It should not boil. Stir with a stirrer so that it does not burn on the bottom of the dish. Remove and cool to a temperature of 40 degrees.

  

Scrape some of the milk and pour it into a bowl. Add the probiotic, stir and after 10 minutes return the mixture to the pan.

 

Prepare glass jars, not metal containers. Pour the mixture, close the containers and wrap them in a blanket. Leave the yogurt for 8 to 10 hours, preferably in the evening. The next day, store it in the refrigerator and store in a cool place for a week.
