How To Cook Vegetable Appetizer With Mushrooms And Corn - Recipe

Required products :

1 head red onion
2 large mushrooms
1 stalk celery
1 red sweet pepper
1 teaspoon frozen corn
1 tablespoon capers
1 tablespoon tomato juice or grated tomato
dill optionally or other green spices to taste and optionally
salt
oil


Method of preparation :

Cut onions, mushrooms, celery and peppers into pieces about the size of corn kernels. Finely chop the dill.

Fry onions, mushrooms, celery and dill in hot oil. Add the corn and pepper, close the pan with a lid and let everything simmer for 5 minutes. Then add the capers, tomato juice and salt to taste. A minute later, sprinkle with chopped green spices and you can remove the pan from the heat.

An option is to cook without fat in the oven. To do this, mix the products in a pan, pour half a glass of water and place in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes (until the corn is ready).
