  • 1 eggplant, cut into slices
  • 30 grams of blue cheese, thinly sliced
  • 1 large tomato, cut into slices
  • 1 avocado, sliced

Method of preparation :

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Put the potatoes in a tray lined with paper and spread them with half the olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and bake for 25-30 minutes.
