Dice zucchini, onions, carrots, mix them with frozen peas and stew everything in oil over low heat for 10-15 minutes. During this time, beat the eggs with a wire for this purpose. Add the cream, green onions and parsley. Cut the cheese into cubes and pour it into the egg mixture. Stir. Then pour the vegetables. Stir again.
Grease the bottom of the pan you are going to use (or line with baking paper). Pour the resulting combination into it, level the surface and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Place the dish in a preheated oven to 180 degrees and let it cook for 25-30 minutes.
