Required products :
3 potatoes
3 eggplants
4 tomatoes
2 sweet peppers
2 eggs
2-3 cloves garlic
50 grams yellow cheese
oil, salt and pepper to taste
Method of preparation :
Cut the aubergines into circles and fry them in oil until golden brown.
Boiled potatoes, peppers and tomatoes also cut into circles.
Tightly arrange all the vegetables in a round pan, add salt and sprinkle with crushed garlic cloves. Add a little oil, pour the beaten eggs and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake for about 35 minutes at 180-200 degrees.
