How To Cook Vegetable Casserole With Eggs And Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

  • 560 grams of frozen cauliflower
  • 200 grams of frozen peas
  • 70 grams of carrots
  • 50 grams of red peppers
  • 160 grams of yellow cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 50 grams of flour
  • salt to taste
  • ground pepper of your choice and taste
  • 30 grams of breadcrumbs
  • 1-2 tablespoons butter


Method of preparation :

Pour the peas into a colander and let it thaw. During this time, cut the carrots into large pieces, blanch for 10 minutes in boiling water over medium heat. Then add the cauliflower and cook the vegetables for another 5 minutes.

Finely chop the carrots, peppers and cauliflower. Mix them in a bowl, add the peas to them.

Separate the yolks and whites. Beat the yolks, add half the salt, different types of ground pepper to taste, flour and stir.

Drizzle the vegetables with this mixture, then lightly beat the egg whites with the remaining salt, pour them over the other products.

Grate the yellow cheese coarsely, pour it over the vegetables, leaving a small part of it to sprinkle on the casserole.

Grease a form with oil, sprinkle with breadcrumbs (leave a little to sprinkle the products) and transfer the mixture to the dish. Sprinkle with the separated amounts of yellow cheese and breadcrumbs, place in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. After 35-40 minutes, turn off the appliance, but do not remove the dish immediately, wait 5-10 minutes.
