Learn how to cook "Vegetable casserole with eggs and fresh milk". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
3 eggs
300 milliliters of fresh milk
250 grams of cooked vegetable mix (of your choice)
3 teaspoons wholemeal flour
3 teaspoons breadcrumbs
parsley
salt to taste
Method of preparation :
Mix eggs, milk, chopped parsley, add salt to taste and beat for 10 minutes. Add the pre-cooked and chopped vegetables to the mixture. Pour flour, breadcrumbs and transfer everything to a greased and floured saucepan. Place in a water bath, close the container with a lid and let the dish cook for about 20-30 minutes. Then bake briefly in the oven to form an appetizing crust. You can sprinkle with grated cheese beforehand, if you prefer.
Let the finished casserole cool and cut into pieces.
