Wash, dry and cut the vegetables (eggplants into circles, zucchini - first cut into four pieces lengthwise, then into thin slices; onions - into cubes).
Fry the aubergines until lightly browned. Remove from the pan, add fat and pour in the zucchini and onions.
When the zucchini are ready, remove them from the pan along with some of the onions. Add the minced meat and fry with the remaining onions.
After a while, add the cream and let the mixture simmer until the minced meat is ready and the sauce thickens. Season and cool.
Cut the cheese into cubes and grate the yellow cheese.
Add the zucchini and eggplant with the onion, cheese and half of the yellow cheese to the minced meat.
In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, sour cream, both types of flour, 30 grams of grated cheese and a little baking powder.
Combine the vegetables and minced meat with the egg mass and transfer the combination to a greased pan. Level the surface and sprinkle with chopped green spices (for example: celery, basil ...).
Spread the remaining yellow cheese on top.
Bake in the oven until the coating turns a yellow crust.
