Peel and grate the potatoes and beets, chop the parsley and coriander, then mix these products and add the flour, spices, eggs and stir.
Leave the "dough" for a while so that the liquid can separate from the vegetables, which you drain, because otherwise the meatballs will become liquid and will disintegrate during the heat treatment.
Scoop with a spoon the mixture and put in the hot oil. Fry the meatballs over medium heat for about 4 minutes on each side.
Serve them with sour cream as an appetizer or as a side dish to meat.
