Method of preparation :
Wash the bulgur grains well and leave them in water for 30 minutes. Then pour boil in a glass of water until done.
Boil or steam green beans and peppers.
Fry onions in a pan.
Mix the prepared vegetables and bulgur in a blender, add the garlic clove and grind. Season the resulting "minced meat" with black pepper, add salt.
From it form meatballs.
Roll them on all sides in corn flour.
Fry under a lid in hot fat until golden brown.
The meatballs are delicious with yogurt sauce with parsley, which will give them freshness.
