How To Cook Vegetable Meatballs With Bulgur In Cornbread - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1/2 teaspoon bulgur
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 large red pepper (sweet)
  • 10 green bean pods
  • 1 small onion
  • clove garlic
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • oil for frying meatballs
  • cornmeal for breading

 

Method of preparation :

Wash the bulgur grains well and leave them in water for 30 minutes. Then pour boil in a glass of water until done.

 

Boil or steam green beans and peppers.

 

Fry onions in a pan.

 

Mix the prepared vegetables and bulgur in a blender, add the garlic clove and grind. Season the resulting "minced meat" with black pepper, add salt.

Roll them on all sides in corn flour.

 

Fry under a lid in hot fat until golden brown.
