Required products :

  • 400 grams of frozen peas
  • 100 grams of yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 80 grams of flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon leavening agent
  • pinch of salt
  • frying oil

 

Method of preparation :

Thaw the peas and puree it. Add the egg, yoghurt, flour sifted with baking powder and add salt.

Mix well, you should get a homogeneous dough. Using a tablespoon, scoop out of it and fry the loaves in a pan with hot oil or use a pan with a non-stick coating and bake the dough in it.

You can serve the vegetable appetizer with sour cream and salted or smoked salmon.
