Necessary products
For the dough :
2 teaspoons flour
250 milliliters of kefir
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
About the filling :
2 potatoes
150 - 200 grams of yellow cheese
1 zucchini
3 - 4 tomatoes
1 yellow pepper
500 grams of sour cream
parsley
spices of your choice and taste (black pepper, coriander, turmeric, etc.)
Method of preparation :
Mix the dry ingredients for the dough, add the oil and kefir. A gentle and soft dough is obtained. Leave it in a warm place while you cook the vegetables.
Cut the potatoes and zucchini, tomatoes and peppers very thinly - into circles, grate the yellow cheese, chop the parsley.
Make the topping by adding the spices and salt to the cream. Stir well.
Take the dough and, if necessary, knead with flour. Then roll it to the size of the pan. Grease it with oil and put the dough. Spread layers of vegetables on it in this order: potatoes, zucchini, tomatoes, peppers. Pour the cream evenly over everything and place the pie to bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 1 hour. If the vegetables are not thickly chopped, they will be ready after the specified time. You can check the readiness with a knife.
Sprinkle the baked pastry with grated yellow cheese and parsley, return to the oven for another 5 minutes to melt the yellow cheese.
