Necessary products:

2 medium onions

3 red peppers

4 - 5 eggs

2 medium tomatoes

50 - 75 grams of yellow cheese (grated or cut into thin slices)

2 - 3 tablespoons vegetable oil

Method of preparation:

Finely chop the onion, remove the peppers from the seeds and cut into thin semicircles. Fry the onion until semi-finished in the oil, add the peppers and fry for a few minutes until soft. Then pour the mixture into a baking dish, it is good that it has a diameter of not less than 23 - 25 cm, so as not to be very thick layer, because otherwise you will get a casserole, not pizza.

Beat the eggs lightly, add salt and pour over the vegetables.

Cut the tomatoes into circles 5 - 7 mm thick, arrange them on the entire surface of the pizza and sprinkle with grated yellow cheese (or cut into thin slices). Put in the oven (on the highest level of the rack) and bake for 20 minutes.

Enjoy your meal!
